Responsibilities: • Close the best deal possible by negotiating contracts with buyer’s agents • Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings • Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business • Schedule all home inspections, open houses, and showings • Assist clients on closing days by being present during their final step of the home-buying process when needed Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Currently licensed in real estate • Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself • Ability to use real estate CRM to keep client data safe and orderly Compensation: $80,000 - $160,000 at plan
