Responsibilities: • Acquire new leads from sales agents and reach out to them to set up listing appointments • Negotiate contracts with buyer’s agents to achieve the best deal possible for the client • Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business • Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly • Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings • Present suggested asking prices and key selling points to the seller so they understand the best price for their home • Contact all leads and requests in a timely manner to ensure growth of our customer base • Follow up with clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings Qualifications: • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success • Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself • Shows in-depth knowledge of real estate industry and can accurately conduct market research • Possesses a real estate license Compensation: $150,000 - $200,000 yearly
