Responsibilities: • Call clients to give weekly reports on the status of their listing so they are more likely to provide good customer ratings and referrals • Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing • Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service • Reach out to all inquiries with the goal of converting leads into listing appointments • Manage all aspects of MLS listings, including filling out listing paperwork, posting to MLS, posting to social media, and producing a marketing plan that leads to quick sales Qualifications: • Great communication skills, interpersonal skills, and time management skills • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • At least one year of work experience in real estate sales • Ability to use real estate CRM to keep client data safe and orderly • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone • 4+ years of prior experience in the real estate industry • Currently holds a California Real Estate License Compensation: $150,000 - $200,000 yearly
