Responsibilities: • Conduct market analysis to ensure listing prices are well-researched • Prospect pre-qualified leads generated by sales agents to convert them into new business and schedule listing appointments • Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing • Contact all leads and requests in a timely manner to ensure growth of our customer base • Work with clients to stage and market homes that draw in homebuyers and their real estate agents to achieve a quick sale Qualifications: • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Able to conduct in-depth market research and showcases clear understanding of the real estate industry • Possesses a real estate license • Familiar with customer databases used to store private client information • Must have a valid real estate license Compensation: $67,500 commission based yearly
