Responsibilities: • Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly • Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service • Acquire new leads from sales agents and reach out to them to set up listing appointments • Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing • Work with clients to stage and market homes that draw in homebuyers and their real estate agents to achieve a quick sale Qualifications: • Excellent understanding of the real estate market conditions and how to utilize market analysis • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone • One year of work experience in real estate • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success Compensation: $75,000 - $160,000
