Responsibilities: • Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings • Coordinate with home inspectors and realtors to schedule inspections, open houses, and showings • Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business • Support customers by attending closing processes when necessary • Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service • Follow the team plan • Be a team player • Ask questions • Set listing appointments • Lead follow up • Lead generation • Close Sales Qualifications: • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • One year of work experience in real estate • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently • Has a real estate license • Must have a valid Real Estate License • Able to conduct in-depth market research and showcase a clear understanding of the real estate industry • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Commission opportunity Compensation: $80,000 - $165,000 at plan
