Responsibilities: • Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service • Prospect pre-qualified leads generated by sales agents to convert them into new business and schedule listing appointments • Achieve the best deal possible for the seller by conducting extensive market analysis to determine the listing price • Make a listing presentation for the seller to explain the home’s key selling points and asking price • Contact all leads and requests in a timely manner to ensure growth of our customer base Qualifications: • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Currently licensed in real estate • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • At least one year of work experience in real estate sales Compensation: $100,000+
