Responsibilities: • Follow up with clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings • Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business • Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings • Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing • Oversee contract processes alongside buyer’s agents to negotiate contracts Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License • Superb time management, interpersonal, and communication skills • Currently licensed in real estate • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone • At least one year of work experience in real estate sales Compensation: $65,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
