The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate, with expertise in securing and managing property listings. This role emphasizes building strong client relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and achieving ambitious sales targets in a fast-paced and competitive market. Responsibilities: Listing Acquisition and Management • Prospect and acquire new property listings through networking, referrals, database management, and lead generation. • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to determine competitive pricing strategies. • Develop and implement tailored marketing plans for each property using digital and traditional channels. Client Relationship Management • Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners to ensure repeat and referral business. • Provide clients with regular updates on market trends and property performance. • Guide clients through every step of the listing and selling process, ensuring a seamless transaction. Marketing and Promotion • Create compelling property advertisements for online platforms, social media, and print media. • Organize and host open houses, virtual tours, and property showings to attract potential buyers. • Leverage CRM tools to manage leads and maintain organized client records. Market Expertise • Stay informed about real estate trends, market conditions, and competitor activity in New Jersey. • Advise clients on property enhancements and staging to maximize market appeal. • Negotiate offers and terms to achieve favorable outcomes for clients. Team Collaboration • Collaborate with buyers' agents, brokers, and in-house teams to ensure efficient sales processes. • Participate in daily and weekly team meetings, training sessions, and strategy discussions. • Share insights and strategies to contribute to the overall growth and success of the team. Qualifications: • Education : High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, or a related field preferred. • Experience : At least 2 years as a realtor with a proven track record of closing a minimum of 12 transactions annually for the past 2 years, including listings and buyers. • License: Valid New Jersey Real Estate and Drivers License and access to fully insured vehicle. Skills : • Ability to cold-call over 200 sellers daily using a dialer. • Great follow-up skills. No lead left behind. • Strong negotiation and sales skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Proficiency in CRM systems and real estate platforms (e.g., Follow-Up Boss, Lofty, MLS). • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Targets and KPIs • Secure and manage 4-6 new property listings per month. • Achieve a monthly sales target of $2M in property value. • Maintain a client satisfaction rating of 90% or higher based on post-transaction surveys. • Generate 15-20 qualified leads monthly through proactive networking and marketing efforts. • Complete property sales within 30-60 days of listing.
