Targets and KPIs • Secure and manage 4-6 new property listings per month. • Achieve a monthly sales target of $2M in property value. • Maintain a client satisfaction rating of 90% or higher based on post-transaction surveys. • Generate 15-20 qualified leads monthly through proactive networking and marketing efforts. • Complete property sales within 30-60 days of listing.
