Responsibilities: • Build strong relationships with buyers, guiding them through the entire home-buying process from consultation to closing. • Actively follow up with leads and manage your client pipeline using our CRM and provided tools. • Conduct property showings, attend open houses, and provide expert guidance on market trends and home values. • Collaborate with the inside sales and support teams to ensure seamless transactions and exceptional client experiences. • Negotiate offers on behalf of clients, ensuring their best interests are represented and aligned with their goals. • Maintain regular communication with clients and provide ongoing market updates through newsletters, social media, and other marketing channels. Qualifications: • To be considered for this role as a Licensed Real Estate Listing Agent in Oceanside, CA, US, you must possess a valid real estate license. • Strong communication skills are essential for effective client interactions and successful property listings. • A proven track record in real estate listing demonstrates your past success in this field. • US work authorization is a requirement for this position to work legally in the country. Compensation: $129,500 at plan earnings
