Responsibilities: • Provide sellers with a clear listing presentation that includes key selling points and the suggested asking price • Prospect pre-qualified leads generated by sales agents to convert them into new business and schedule listing appointments • Call clients to give weekly reports on the status of their listing so they are more likely to provide good customer ratings and referrals • Coordinate with home inspectors and realtors to schedule inspections, open houses, and showings • Work with clients to stage and market homes that draw in homebuyers and their real estate agents to achieve a quick sale Qualifications: • At least one year of work experience in real estate sales • Currently licensed in real estate • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Capable of using CRM software to keep customer information organized and confidential • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 yearly
