Responsibilities: • Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service • Work with clients to stage and market homes that draw in homebuyers and their real estate agents to achieve a quick sale • Call clients to give weekly reports on the status of their listing so they are more likely to provide good customer ratings and referrals • Convert pre-qualified leads that are passed on from sales agents to schedule listing appointments and grow the business • Complete real estate listing paperwork, create new MLS listings, post listings to social media, and implement a marketing plan for new listings to ensure accurate information that promotes quick sales • Listing lead generation • Listing lead follow-up • Listing database campaigns • Agent sales • Set and execute appointments • Sales scripts mastery • Close sales Qualifications: • One year of work experience in real estate • Great communication skills, interpersonal skills, and time management skills • Capable of using CRM software to keep customer information organized and confidential • Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • A real estate license is required • Superb communication • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $85,000 - $175,000 at plan
