Responsibilities: • Provide sellers with a clear listing presentation that includes key selling points and the suggested asking price • Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly • Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business • Close the best deal possible by negotiating contracts with buyer’s agents • Respond to all leads and potential homebuyers in a timely fashion to build a strong client base • Follow the Listing Plan of Action • Lead generate • Lead follow up • Listing presentations Qualifications: • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently • Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Real estate license required • Commission opportunity • Superb communication Compensation: $80,000 - $160,000 at plan
