Responsibilities: • Coordinate with home inspectors and realtors to schedule inspections, open houses, and showings • Acquire new leads from sales agents and reach out to them to set up listing appointments • Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service • Call clients to give weekly reports on the status of their listing so they are more likely to provide good customer ratings and referrals • Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly Qualifications: • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success • Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself • Strong communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills • 1+ year of prior experience in the real estate industry • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently Compensation: $175,000 - $275,000 yearly
