Responsibilities: • Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing • Support customers by attending closing processes when necessary • Oversee contract processes alongside buyer’s agents to negotiate contracts • Call clients to give weekly reports on the status of their listing so they are more likely to provide good customer ratings and referrals • Acquire new leads from sales agents and reach out to them to set up listing appointments Qualifications: • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently • Ability to use real estate CRM to keep client data safe and orderly • Strong communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills Compensation: $124,000 at plan earnings
