Responsibilities: • Reach out to leads and inquiries promptly • Perform thorough market analysis to ensure accurately priced property listings • Engage in prospecting and lead generation efforts to foster new business opportunities • Provide assistance to clients during the final stages of the home-buying process, ensuring a smooth closing experience when necessary • Assist sellers in pricing, staging, and marketing their properties effectively to attract potential buyers swiftly • Effectively convert pre-qualified leads received from sales agents into scheduled listing appointments to drive business growth • Adhere to the team's strategic plan for cohesive operation • Embrace a collaborative approach as a team player within the organization • Actively seek clarity by asking relevant questions • Coordinate and schedule listing appointments efficiently • Follow up diligently with leads to maximize conversion rates Qualifications: • Must work well in a team environment, valuing team success as their own • Proficient in verbal and written communication, adept at scheduling and finalizing appointments via telephone • Skilled in utilizing real estate CRM systems to maintain secure and organized client information • Capable of performing thorough market research and demonstrating a comprehensive grasp of the real estate sector • Possession of an active real estate license is mandatory or the motivation to get one • Prior sales experience is beneficial but not mandatory - training will be provided Compensation: $85,000 - $176,000 yearly
