Responsibilities: • Manage all aspects of MLS listings, including filling out listing paperwork, posting to MLS, posting to social media, and producing a marketing plan that leads to quick sales • Attend closing processes to provide support to the customer when appropriate • Contact all leads and requests in a timely manner to ensure growth of our customer base • Follow up with clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings • Acquire new leads from sales agents and reach out to them to set up listing appointments Qualifications: • Strong communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills • Shows in-depth knowledge of real estate industry and can accurately conduct market research • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone Compensation: 120000+
