Responsibilities: • Work on sales scripts with agents • Manage a sales team and provide leadership, training and coaching • Analyze sales data on sales results and develop plans to address performance gaps • Organize and administer training for the sales team • Oversee market research to remain competitive • Recruit, develop, train, and retain an effective sales associate team to meet objectives for profitability and growth • Mentor existing agents to increase productivity • Work with executive sales management and affiliated business partners to carry out sales office programs, policies, and objectives Qualifications: • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Decisive and comfortable making decisions quickly • Demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding goals as an individual contributor • High achieving, ambitious, and results-oriented • Strong technology background with the ability to learn and master new software • Must have a PA Real Estate Broker's License Compensation: $75,000+ at plan commission
