Pennsylvania Real Estate Broker's License Required Responsibilities: • Coach, lead and train a sales team • Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues • Collaborate with marketing to develop lead generation strategies • Oversee market research to remain competitive • Plan and implement training programs. Hold regular skills training sessions for agents • Recruit, develop, train, and retain an effective sales associate team to meet objectives for profitability and growth • Mentor existing agents to increase productivity • Work with executive sales management and affiliated business partners to carry out sales office programs, policies, and objectives Qualifications: • Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal • Decisive and comfortable making decisions quickly • Experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy • Have prior experience in sales • One year of experience as a sales manager/team leader role is preferred • Must have a PA Real Estate Broker's License Compensation: $75,000+ at plan commission
