Responsibilities: • Help prepare budgets • Develop a scalable sales process and ensure agents adhere to it correctly • Attain organizational sales goals and revenues by creating a sales strategy • Set aggressive sales goals with sales team • Regularly review and adjust scripts for applicable market changes and continually update and coach agents Qualifications: • Provide advanced negotiation expertise when necessary • Develop and implement a scalable sales process in its entirety • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • One year of experience as a sales manager/team leader role is preferred • Have prior experience in sales Compensation: $150,000+ at plan yearly
