Responsibilities: • Achieve objectives through effective planning, sales goals, data analysis on past performance, and future performance projections • Provide feedback, support and coaching to the sales team • Develop and identify new business opportunities • Organize and administer training for the sales team • Be the helping hand in preparing budgets Qualifications: • Proven success as a Sales Manager or team lead • Experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy • Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease • Proven organizational and planning ability • Team leadership ability Compensation: $100,000+ (Base + Bonus)
