Hold regular skills training sessions for agents • Give creative ideas for marketing purposes • Meet with sales team to help in setting individual sales targets • Help prepare budgets • Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis Qualifications: • Have prior experience in sales • High achieving, ambitious, and results-oriented • One year of experience as a sales manager/team leader role is preferred • Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs • Experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy Compensation: 120000+
