Responsibilities: • Set challenging sales targets in collaboration with the sales team • Continuously boost the number of transactions executed by your agents • Attain objectives through strategic planning, analyzing past performance data, and projecting future performance • Provide consistent support and coaching on Strata Group Systems and Resources to help agents achieve sales targets • Establish individual sales objectives with the sales team members • Offer feedback, support, and coaching to enhance the sales team's performance • Conduct meetings with agents to refine their sales scripts • Educate agents on structuring deals and improving closing ratios during one-on-one sessions • Ensure the sales team effectively utilizes sales tools, systems, and resources to meet performance metrics • Actively participate in management initiatives to ensure team objectives are achieved Qualifications: • Must have an Active Florida Real Estate license • Proven experience as a sales manager/team leader • Problem analysis and problem-solving • Strong organizational and planning skills • Experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy • Team leadership ability • Previous sales experience in real estate Compensation: $100,000+ yearly
