Responsibilities: • Assist with Company growth by identifying and building Sales Associate team. • Counsel Sales Associates on performance, assist with developing their success plans. • Maintain long-lasting relationships with staff and sales team. • Assist with building core services for the Company. • Assist with tracking and report sales progress weekly. • Assist with training for Sales Associates. Qualifications: • A valid Virginia Real Estate License is required for this job. • Strong analytical skills, communication skills, and leadership skills. • A proven track record of sales success. Compensation: $100,000 + Base and Bonus plus Commissions
