Responsibilities: What You’ll Do: • Coach, train, and mentor agents to improve production and conversion rates • Track performance metrics and provide strategic guidance for success • Work with leadership to develop sales strategies and optimize agent support • Ensure Redux is the best place for agents to grow and succeed • Share your knowledge and experience while closing a minimum of 10 transactions of your own each year Qualifications: • Active DE real estate license; PA a plus! • Minimum 30 closed transactions in your career • Ability to coach and develop real estate agents • Strong communication and leadership skills • Tech-savvy and adaptable to new systems • Driven, strategic, and passionate about sales and agent success Compensation: $125,000 at plan commission-based income
