Responsibilities: • Oversee the sales team's activities and performance • Achieve objectives through effective planning, sales goals, data analysis on past performance, and future performance projections • Oversee market research to remain competitive • Plan and implement training programs. Hold regular skills training sessions for agents • Seek new and unique sales opportunities Qualifications: • Strong ability to lead a team • Experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Innovative with "out of the box" solutions • Preferably have at least one year of sales manager/team leader experience Compensation: $81,500
