Responsibilities: • Plan and direct sales team training • Coach, lead and train a sales team • Manage sales reports and adjust strategies as necessary • Aid in creating budgets • Meet with sales team to help in setting individual sales targets Qualifications: • Team leadership ability • Preferably have at least one year of sales manager/team leader experience • Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs • Set targets, performance plans, and rigorous, objective standards • Prior sales experience is extremely important Compensation: $ 40,000 Base Salary plus Bonus
