Responsibilities: • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process • Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home • Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes • Prospect for new leads to promote new business • Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales • Nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers by providing your clients with the very best service through an “always consulting” approach • Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for your business • Be the local knowledge expert by gathering local community information in order to answer any questions from your client about the local market, current home values, and viability of potential homes • Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then meet those needs • Utilize a proactive approach in selling homes through a robust marketing plan, clear and consistent communication with sellers and potential buyers/buyers’ agents, and always with the seller’s best interest in mind • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process • Maintain a robust database of clients and leads with consistent communication and note-taking Qualifications: • Technology driven • Self-motivation and drive • Organized and manages time effectively • A successful and proven sales history is preferred • Great communication and social skills Compensation: $100,000+
