Responsibilities: • Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline • Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume • Prospect for new leads to promote new business • Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process • Actively prospect and generate new business through various lead sources • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting real estate properties • Provide expert advice on the local real estate market and trends • Maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and partners • Participate in team meetings and collaborate with fellow agents for ongoing growth • Stay up to date on industry best practices and market changes • Meet sales goals and contribute to the team’s overall success Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently • Top-notch time management skills and highly organized • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) • A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies Compensation: $110,000 at plan earnings
