Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Benefits: • Flexible schedule • Professional development assistance • Referral program Experience: • Real Estate: 1 year (Required) License/Certification: • CA Real Estate License (Required) Work Location: Remote Responsibilities: • Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline • Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience • Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business • Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal • “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills • Organized and manages time effectively • A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred • Tech savvy Compensation: $100,000 - $250,000 yearly
