Compensation- $50,000 - $200,000 commission based so income varies Responsibilities: • Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs • Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume • Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process • Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood • Income is commission-based and has no ceiling on how high you can grow and earn income Qualifications: • Great communication and social skills • Organized and manages time effectively • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently • Past sales experience is preferred • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies Compensation: $50,000 - $200,000 commission based
