Responsibilities: • Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience • Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales • Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal • Follow-up with leads to increase sales • Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth Qualifications: • Top-notch time management skills and highly organized • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) • A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred • Tech savvy • Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth • A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred • Currently have or are studying for your Washington State or Oregon State Real Estate License • Coachability • Self-motivation and drive • Full-time Team and individual Agent availability AS WELL AS A Part-time individual agent who can plug into our events and online training Compensation: $75,000 - $150,000 yearly
