Responsibilities: • Guide buyers and sellers through personalized consultations to understand their needs and match them with the perfect home. • Manage the entire transaction process from listing to closing, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience for clients. • Be a trusted advisor , offering expert guidance, top-tier service, and ongoing support to build strong relationships and generate repeat and referral business. • Consistently follow up with leads , keeping your sales pipeline active and growing. • Identify and develop new opportunities in key markets to drive business growth and expand our reach.
