As a Realtor with our company, you will help clients buy, sell, and rent residential and agricultural properties in our local market. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, in-depth knowledge of the real estate industry, and a passion for helping clients achieve their property goals. Pay: $94,546.63 - $400,000.00 per year Benefits: • Flexible schedule • Professional development assistance Schedule: • Choose your own hours • Monday to Friday • Weekends as needed Experience: • Sales: 1 year (Required) License/Certification: • Real Estate License (Required) Work Location: In person Responsibilities: • Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs • Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience • Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood • Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities • Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • Show good organizational and time management skills • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies • Great communication and social skills • A successful and proven sales history is preferred • Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth
