Responsibilities: • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in the real estate market • Analyze property data, financial statements, and market reports to evaluate investment opportunities • Prepare financial models and forecasts to support decision-making processes • Assist in the preparation of investment proposals, presentations, and reports • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, property management, and legal departments • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices • Provide support in due diligence processes for property acquisitions or dispositions • Assist in the development of strategic plans and business strategies Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration or related field • Strong understanding of real estate principles and practices • Knowledge of fair housing regulations and real estate law • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data • Proficient in using financial modeling tools and software • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Effective communication skills to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment Preferred Skills: • Multilingual or bilingual proficiency is a plus • Experience in sales or real estate administrative roles Compensation: $75,000 yearly
