Responsibilities: • Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business • Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes • Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home • Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience • Follow-up with leads to increase sales Responsibilities As a Real Estate Sales Agent with the Michelle Terry Team, you will: • Proactively manage and nurture leads to build a robust client pipeline. • Guide buyers and sellers through every step of the real estate process. • Conduct property showings, and market analyses, and negotiate deals to achieve client satisfaction. • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, team members, and industry professionals. • Utilize our exclusive tools and systems to drive your business growth. • Stay informed about local market trends to better serve your clients. • A commitment to work over 40 hours per week including weekends and evenings when necessary. • Closing two deals a month on average during the calendar year. • Participate in both team meetings and daily one-on-one sessions. • Strive to hold four open houses each month. • Participate in functions hosted by both the team and the community. • Master the usage of scripts and dialogues. Qualifications: • A successful and proven sales history is preferred • Technology driven • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) • Show good organizational and time management skills Qualifications We’re looking for candidates who: • Have a valid Massachusetts real estate license or are actively pursuing one. • Preferably have 1-2 years of real estate sales experience, but those without experience are welcome to apply as long as you are hungry, humble, smart, and approachable. • Demonstrate capability to prepare contracts and other necessary documents. • Knowledgeable about Customer Relationship Management (CRM) programs. • Proficiency in the use of Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, and Google Drive. • Skilled in working in teams and independently. • Are self-motivated, goal-driven, and entrepreneurial in spirit. • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Are organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks. • Embrace a growth mindset and a willingness to learn. • Have reliable transportation and the flexibility to meet client needs.
