Responsibilities: • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process • Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline • Prospect for new leads to promote new business • Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume • Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home • Develop strong rapport with clients and serve as a trusted advisor, offering guidance and support throughout the entire real estate transaction • Assist clients in pricing their properties competitively, making them marketable, and providing thorough consultation, addressing their questions and concerns throughout the transaction process • Conduct comprehensive research on the local real estate market, staying informed about home value trends, and networking with other real estate professionals to increase property awareness and facilitate transactions • Take a hands-on approach to organizing open houses, managing budgets, handling contracts, and other related tasks, ensuring timely completion to facilitate successful closings for clients Qualifications: • A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred • Tech savvy • Organized and manages time effectively • Great communication and social skills • Self-motivation and drive Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 at plan
