If you're motivated and growth-minded apply now! • Receive a steady stream of warm, qualified appointments with motivated prospects • Make More Money on Less Work • End all forms of cold calling and manual grunt prospecting! • Zero advertising expenses and no desk fees • Get high-end, leading-edge agent training from a Billion Dollar Sales Leader Responsibilities: • Meet with buyers and sellers, determine their needs, and assist in the entire process of buying and selling homes • Manage all aspects of the transaction process • Apply lead follow-up systems to grow the sales pipeline • Prospect for new leads to promote new business • Provide world-class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction • Host team open houses monthly • Manage work-flow, calendar, and time-block efficiently • Participate in University Sales Training and attend weekly sales meetings Qualifications: • Must be a Licensed Real Estate Agent for at least 6 months • Full-time availability • Technology-driven • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) • Driven, self-motivated, and desires professional growth • A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred • Organized and the ability to manage time effectively • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills • Can-do attitude with problem-solving abilities Compensation: $75,000 - $150,000+ commission based
