Responsibilities: • Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth • “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers • Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience • Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood • Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal • Reach out to all inquiries with the goal of converting leads into listing appointments • Work with clients to stage and market homes that draw in homebuyers and their real estate agents to achieve a quick sale • Price, stage, and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly • Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business • Present suggested asking prices and key selling points to the seller so they understand the best price for their home • Answer the phone with live connections • Make outbound calls to existing leads for follow-up • Nurture leads daily • Available to show homes on short notice • Available to work evenings and weekends 40+ hours a week • Attend all meetings and ongoing training • Comfortable making videos Qualifications: • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) • Past sales experience is preferred • Self-motivation and drive • Show good organizational and time management skills • Tech savvy • Shows in-depth knowledge of the real estate industry and can accurately conduct market research • Super time management, interpersonal, and communication skills • At least one year of work experience in real estate sales • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Familiar with customer databases used to store private client information • Closed 5 deals minimum in 24 months Compensation: $100,000 - $200,000 at plan yearly
