Responsibilities: • Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process • Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business • Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales • Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline • Consistently generate and close real estate transactions to build lasting client relationships and ensure personal income growth. • Actively expand client database through proactive outreach and relationship building, helping the team maintain a robust pipeline. • Collaborate effectively with team members, contributing to innovative solutions that respond to market shifts. • Participate fully in team training sessions, enhancing your skills and market knowledge to stay ahead of industry trends. Qualifications: • A successful and proven sales history is preferred • Top-notch time management skills and highly organized • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills • Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth • Technology driven Qualifications & Skills Needed: • Active Arizona Real Estate License (or currently pursuing one). • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities. • Quick adaptability to evolving market conditions and client needs. • Strong commitment to professional and personal development. • Proficiency with modern technology tools, including CRM systems and social media. Additional Qualifications (Preferred but Not Required): • Prior experience in sales or customer service roles. • Advanced training or certifications in real estate specialties. • Strong familiarity with the Arizona housing market. Compensation: $72,000 - $165,000 yearly
