Real Estate Sales Professional
We are looking for an ambitious and dedicated Real Estate Sales Professional to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on helping clients navigate the buying, selling, and investing processes in real estate, ensuring they receive exceptional service and achieve their property goals. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and a passion for real estate Responsibilities: To Join Our Team, You Must • Sell 3-6 homes per month • Desire to be successful and self-motivated • Have a strong work ethic • Be a team-minded individual • Self-driven, outside-the-box thinker • Have the willingness to serve others • Be committed to self-development of skills • Follow company policies • Be client experience-focused • Be dependable and available to take 3-5 new appointments per week • Meet with prospects in Austin and surrounding areas • Secure representation agreements and help clients throughout the buying process • Weekend, Holidays, and evening hours required • Be committed to practicing as a real estate professional full-time • Willingness and desire to help participate in community give-back initiatives Qualifications: • We are looking for individuals who are passionate about excellent client service and personal and professional growth • Must have a Texas real estate license or be in the process of getting a real estate license • Looking for a full-time commitment • Sales experience is a plus but not mandatory • Maintain a professional appearance and attitude • Be willing to be self-accountable • Be tech-savvy (we will train) • Be a great communicator both verbally and in writing • Have the ability to adapt to different personalities and fast changes in the market • Be a proactive problem solver and collaborate with team members • Knowledge and understanding of current real estate trends/market Compensation: $75,000 - $200,000 at plan earnings
