Responsibilities: • Make sure all candidate files are properly stored and managed to assure privacy and keep information readily available • Oversee the steps in hiring, from interview scheduling, making recommendations on top talent and following up with those who are not selected • Provide regular progress reports to the team on which recruiting methods are most successful • Set up a process for vetting new candidates that is scalable and ensures each candidate meets our criteria • Utilize job boards to post jobs that reach potential new real estate team members Qualifications: • Verbal and written communication skills are a must • Familiar with online job posting tools • Strong organizational skills and time management skills • 2+ years experience in real estate recruiting, sales, or related position • Bachelor’s degree required Compensation: $60,000 yearly at plan
