You’ll be responsible for engaging potential new team members, vetting the candidates to make sure they are qualified, and narrowing down to candidates who are best suited for our culture. Responsibilities: • Identify driven, newly licensed real estate agents as well as experienced real estate agents that would be a good fit for our company through cold calling, emails, SMS messages, in-person appointments, and/or other forms of communication. • Attend networking and social industry events where real estate agents will be present to build awareness of the value CENTURY 21 Edge offers licensed real estate agents. • Own all aspects of the sales recruiting lifecycle, ensuring daily, weekly, and monthly productivity and recruitment goals are met and exceeded. • Challenge the status quo to uncover new and innovative ways to communicate our value proposition to licensed real estate agents that meet the minimum productivity requirements to affiliate with us. • Prepare recruitment advertising and job postings utilizing the latest marketing concepts, including social media, direct sourcing, and other methods. • Attend and present at career fairs, club meetings, and classrooms at targeted universities/colleges to be an ambassador of the company. • Support company goals related to diversity and inclusion with creative initiatives and recruiting programs. • Prepare and deliver daily recruitment productivity reports to the leadership team detailing the day's productivity, interviews, affiliations, and other metrics. • Conduct competitor research to ensure that we can assist candidates in evaluating our value proposition compared to our competitors. • Ensure all activity is recorded in our CRM/applicant tracking system, and keep the candidate’s profile up to date. Qualifications: • Strong organizational skills and time management skills • At least 2 years experience recruiting in real estate, inside sales, or similar field • Experience with posting jobs on most well-known job boards • Need to be comfortable talking with new people and have solid writing abilities as well Compensation: $65,000 - $100,000 at plan
