Responsibilities: • Find new talent for our sales team success and encourage them to join through phone calls, emails, in-person appointments, or other forms of communication • Upload job postings and ads on all known industry job board sites to reach the best real estate professionals in our industry • Establish a proven recruiting process for finding and vetting candidates to ensure they are qualified and scale up the recruiting program • Secure all candidate files and personal data to ensure confidentiality and the ability to pull their information throughout the recruitment process • Provide regular progress reports to the team on which recruiting methods are most successful Qualifications: • Familiar with online job posting tools • At least 2 years experience recruiting in real estate, inside sales, or similar field • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Must have a college degree • Great at time management and organization Compensation: $30,000 - $64000
