Responsibilities: • Research potential homes and local communities to be knowledgeable and responsive to buyer inquiries • Coordinate timely showings of properties with buyer clients, listing agents, and sellers • Accompany buyer clients to view homes within their specified needs and budget, leading to successful sales • Assist clients in determining competitive offer prices and guide them through the closing process for a smooth transaction • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to calls, texts, and emails from buyer clients • Conduct follow-ups with leads and maintain lead generation activities • Schedule appointments efficiently and effectively • Conduct consultations with clients to understand their requirements and preferences • Successfully close sales to achieve mutual satisfaction for all parties involved Qualifications: • Must have experience or be willing to learn about CRM and marketing/lead technologies promptly • Should be self-motivated, capable of working independently, and demonstrate a drive for professional development • Must be ambitious, motivated, and eager for career advancement • A real estate license in Costa Mesa, CA, US or be actively pursuing one Compensation: $70,000 - $140,000 yearly
