Responsibilities: • Research and gather information about potential homes and local communities to effectively answer buyer inquiries • Coordinate and schedule timely showings of properties with buyer clients, listing agents, and home sellers • Assist the lead agent by showcasing homes that align with buyer clients' needs and budgets, leading to increased sales • Aid clients in determining optimal offer prices and guide them through the closing process for a smooth and fair transaction • Ensure exceptional customer service by promptly responding to buyer clients' calls, texts, and emails • Follow up with leads and engage in lead-generation activities • Set appointments efficiently and execute consultations with clients • Focus on closing sales successfully Qualifications: • Ability to dedicate extensive time to driving for property showings • Proficiency with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or a quick learner of new systems • Self-driven, capable of working independently, and motivated for professional advancement • Real Estate License or the motivation to get one Compensation: $85,000 - $175,000 yearly
