Responsibilities: • Research and collect information on potential homes and local neighborhoods in Long Beach, CA, US to effectively address buyer inquiries. • Schedule home viewings promptly by coordinating with buyer clients, listing agents, and home sellers in Long Beach, CA, US. • Assist the lead agent in presenting properties in Long Beach, CA, US that meet the needs and budgets of buyer clients to drive increased sales. • Help clients in Long Beach, CA, US determine appropriate offer prices and guide them through the closing process for seamless transactions. • Provide professional and timely responses to buyer clients' calls, texts, and emails in Long Beach, CA, US to deliver exceptional customer service. • Follow up on leads, generate new leads, set appointments, conduct consultations, and successfully close sales in Long Beach, CA, US.
