Responsibilities: • Research and gather information on available properties and local neighborhoods to effectively address inquiries from potential buyers in Colorado Springs, CO, US • Coordinate and manage property showings promptly by liaising with buyers, sellers, and listing agents • Accompany the lead agent during property viewings with potential buyers matching their preferences and budget to facilitate sales • Assist clients in determining competitive offering prices and offer guidance throughout the closing process for a smooth transaction experience • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to calls, texts, and emails from buyer clients in Colorado Springs, CO, US • Pursue existing leads and generate new ones to expand the client base in the Colorado Springs real estate market • Schedule and conduct appointments and consultations with clients efficiently • Successfully close sales transactions to meet set targets and achieve goals in Colorado Springs, CO, US Qualifications: • Proficiency in utilizing CRM and marketing/lead technologies is a must, or the ability to quickly adapt to new systems is required • Being self-motivated and capable of working independently is essential for this role • Demonstrating a high level of motivation and a strong drive for professional growth is a key requirement • Holding a valid real estate license in Colorado Springs, CO, US is mandatory • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a fundamental aspect of this position Compensation: $86,500 - $185,300 yearly
