Responsibilities: • Research and gather information about potential homes and local communities to effectively answer buyer questions • Coordinate timely showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents, and home sellers • Assist the lead agent by showcasing homes to buyer clients that align with their needs and budgets, ultimately driving more sales • Guide clients in determining the optimal offer price and support them through the closing process to ensure a smooth transaction for all parties involved • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to buyer clients' calls, texts, and emails • Conduct lead follow-ups and generation activities • Schedule appointments and execute consultations efficiently • Focus on closing sales effectively Qualifications: • The candidate must be willing to dedicate extensive time driving in their car • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies is preferred, or the ability to quickly adapt to new systems • Self-motivated individual capable of working independently • Seeking a candidate who is ambitious, driven, and eager for professional advancement • Possession of a Real Estate License is required or the willingness to pursue obtaining one Compensation: $92,500 - $167,500 yearly
